I'm going to lighten the mood a little,.
OMG! Fried Chocolate sandwiches are the greatest.
Take 1/4 cup of evaporated milk and heat in a saucepan.
Add 3oz dark chocolate (I used Cadbury semi sweet dark.)
Butter the bread
spread the chocolate on the non buttered side
Add chocolate chips and/or roasted nuts
slap the other piece ...
